In 1997 Ed de Zwager started publishing his wine-magazine 'Esprit du Vin'. The little booklets soon were already collector's items. This was due to the design, the superb photography and above all the in-depth writing on wine. By one of the employees of Van Raalten Import, articles on fine food were contributed, containing background information. For example, in the first Esprit du Vin, there was an article on truffles. Of course our supplier in that time was interviewed. Our current supplier is from the Marches.
