Lillo Due

At
last, here is a domestic appliance manufactured to the same technical features
and with the same robust performance as those machines supplied to larger
restaurants and commercial enterprises.
The Lillo Due is simple to use and enables the householder to have a pasta
machine which will sit easily on the kitchen bench, plug into a standard power
point and produce various types of fresh pasta easily and quickly, ready for
cooking.
It is possible to produce fresh pasta using any type of flower, with or without
eggs and even enhanced with tomato puree for red pasta, spinach for green pasta,
brown pasta with cocoa and pasta with squid ink!! The possibilities are endless
for the imaginative thinker.
Long pastas such as spaghetti, bucatini, fettuccine, tagliatelle etc. are cut to
length by hand whereas short pastas require the addition of the "optional extra"
automatic variable speed cutter which can cut any length from tiny soup pastas
to macaronis.
Cleaning the machine is very simple since the stainless mixer and auger/screw is
easily removable allowing the mixing bowl and internal extruding chamber to be
thoroughly cleaned.
Construction of the Lillo Due is of highest quality materials, skilfully
engineered and finished in stainless steel with all safety precautions in place
for the operator's safety. Each machine comes complete with 4 dies and there are
many choices of dies to produce other shapes.

INVER

Inver 3 and Inver 7 Models
It is a simple and pratical to use machine. It is possible to produce various
fresh pastas with any type of flour, with or without eggs and even coloured
pastas: red with tomato sauce, green with spinach, brown with cocoa and long or
short pastas for "pastasciutta" and vegetable soups.
It is economic because it allows you to add as many ingredients as you like
offering you fresh egg-pasta every day at the same cost of a normal dry pasta
without eggs. You can also make pasta without eggs, using hard corn and water,
if you want to economize.
Note:
Kneader shaft and auger removable for cleaning purpose. Outfit 4 dies:
spaghetti, fettuccine, rigatoni and lasagna. At your request some differents
type of dies, electronic cutter for short pasta, indipendent four wheeled stand,
